Like sparkly baubles in a jewelry case, the brilliant hand-painted chocolates on display at Chocolate Secrets call out to us with their radiant colors and sweet promises. To make the bite-size treats, chocolatier Kate Weiser uses a process that takes three to four days per batch and includes hand-polishing the molds with cotton balls to ensure the utmost shine. They’re also delicious and come in 21 flavors, including raspberry, cool mint, and sea salt caramel.
