Army veterans Desiree and Calvin Wineland opened this butcher shop in the Dallas Farmers Market to help support small farm and ranching families. You can get beef, lamb, and pork cut to order, as well as a variety of prepared meats that have been smoked, dried, or cured in-house. They also opened Beyond the Butcher a stall away, so you can pick out your steak and they’ll cook it for you. Now that’s farm to plate.
