Roll out of bed and shuffle into the best Vietnamese cafe in a sea of similar shops. We find it hard to decide among the Saigon pancake (part crêpe, part omelet), the steak pho, or the vermicelli topped with marinated grilled pork and crisp veggies. Get all three, with freshly made lemonade on the side.
