This gourmet burger joint in One Arts Plaza specializes in sous vide burgers with inventive combinations such as the The Farmer Burger topped with a fried duck egg. Salads show a chef’s touch: the chopped salad with English peas and chickpeas mixed with radicchio, Boston lettuce, roasted red and yellow peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, fresh mint, and feta cheese tossed in garlic-basil vinaigrette. There is also a wine bar with sommelier.
