The Chesterfield’s well-stocked bar is ready to “celebrate the golden age of cocktails.” (Not to be confused with Prohibition era.) Chef Michael Ehlert will be cooking up the dishes and famous-around-town bartenders Eddie “Lucky” Campbell and Michael Martensen are pouring the drinks. Expect old school libations like sours and juleps and a list of contemporary twists on the classics. Don’t miss the ice options, which include chipped from blocks, cubed, flaked, flavored (like smoked), and molded into shapes.
