The downtown Dallas location of this trendy and authentic Fort Worth-based taco shop is housed in a nifty retro re-do. If you’re ravenous, try the El Campeon: slow-cooked barbacoa, fried egg, cheese, avocado, refried beans, and Spanish rice touched up with bright, fresh notes of cilantro sauce and rolled in a flour tortilla, burrito-style, and grilled on the flattop. In this spot, go for flour tortillas. And the fresh-squeezed orange juice is delicious.
