One of the best shawarma spots in North Texas, Pita Town serves filling sandwiches which use meat marinated, stacked, and sliced by hand. (The chef learned to make shawarma in Turkey, where they call it döner kebab.) They also sell pre-prepped dips and salads to go, including at pop-up booths in local farmers markets.
