This 1940s gas station-turned-tire shop is now a throwback burger joint. Grilled hot dogs are served with fried pickle spears on the side. Meat patties rest on potato buns, simply topped with gooey American cheese and Dale’s “secret sauce” or with piles of guacamole or Texas-style chili and Fritos.
