Live from Las Vegas, now playing at Victory Park, this swanky techno steakhouse is so loud it’s hard to taste your food. Our visits were hit and miss. One time the 24-ounce bone-in rib-eye was charred beyond recognition; the other time it was a glorious feast. Same for service. Desserts are retro fun: donuts, s’mores, and more.
