Located in a strip mall in Carrollton, this family-run restaurant has been turning out fine Tex-Mex for 25 years. Spicy salsa verde to start and a nice lineup of combination plates. Tortillas are softened in chile-seasoned oil and real Velveeta on the soft cheese taco.
