Dining Guide

Casa Linda Bakery

One girl we know says the clown cookie here has been putting a smile on her face for 22 years. And why wouldn't it? The dense, chewy sugar cookie is topped with icing an inch thick, forming two big eyes, a round red nose, curly orange "hair," and a big grin that smiles at you from the case. We can't fail to mention that, unlike at newer, fancier bakeries in town, your money goes a long way here. We got a dozen assorted cookies, six thumbprints, and Mr. Clown for just $7.35. That's what we call a treat.
