Julian Barsotti, chef-owner of Nonna, heads this Italian-American grocery store, deli, and restaurant that honors his grandfather and father’s old sandwich shop in New York. His artisanal meatballs, made from fresh Berkshire shoulder, are combined with bread crumbs and ricotta cheese to create a tender result. Sunday dinner is a wonderful tradition.
