Perry’s placed 20th in our 2011 Best Steakhouses issue, which is a shame considering that the 12-ounce filet and dry-aged rib-eye are so strong. Many of the dishes—such as Perry’s “famous” pork chop—are carved or flambéed tableside. The ambience is clubby and private, and the potatoes fried in bacon fat rock.
