Located on the beautiful grounds of Highland Park Presbyterian Church, the Hillier School is dedicated to ensuring that students with learning differences receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. Since 1968, the Hillier School has offered small, engaging classes for students with dyslexia and related learning differences. Students are taught through a structured, multisensory approach in a Christ-centered environment that fosters self-respect and competence. In this context, small class sizes and individualized attention empower students to reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.
“I have told many people that Hillier worked miracles for my child. She developed a love for reading that will always be a part of her life. Just as important as the academic instruction was the low-pressure, nurturing environment. She was able to enjoy her childhood and learn in a place where she felt accepted and loved, while gaining the self-confidence she needed to thrive academically.” – A former Hillier parent
