Lindley was disbarred on November 16, 2017, after a panel found he fabricated letters and forged client signatures as well as the agreements of other attorneys. The Board of Disciplinary Appeals shot down Lindley’s appeal on October 9, 2018. D Magazine has rescinded his Best Lawyers honor.
