Casa Mañana

Since the 1960s, this popular theater has instructed children ages 5 and up in dance, drama, voice, and musical theater. Nearly 300 students enter the conservatory each year to learn from degreed performers and hit the stage with Broadway scripts (often by one of the Stephens—Sondheim and Schwartz). Casa Kids (ages 8 to 13) take shows on the road, and teens with an eye on performing careers can check out the Apprentice Program. Classes range from $300 to $450 per school semester.
