Ruben Bear is the President of White Rock Insurance Services, LLC. He has over 15 years of financial services and insurance industry experience. Ruben has also been voted as one of D Magazine’s Best Mortgage Professionals. Ruben attended the University of North Texas where he received 3 business degrees in Finance, Risk Management Insurance and Real Estate Finance. He began his career as a Financial Planner with Fidelity Investments and Merrill Lynch. Later he made the transition to also leverage in personal, commercial and life insurance services with a captive property and casualty insurance company for a good part of a decade. Since then he believes the best way to maximize his client's potential is not to only offer 1 product as a captive insurance agent, but to utilize over 30 different insurance companies as an Independent Insurance Agency owner.
Ruben can truly say that his Education and his Experience proves to be a driving force behind his commitment to providing suitable recommendations to help improve and protect his client’s financial assets and their well-being. Ruben is originally from Chicago, but has lived in the DFW area for most of his life...He has grown to compromise his passion for his Chicago and Dallas sports teams. He currently resides in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas with his wife, Kate, his daughter, Reese, and son, Harrison. He and his family are very involved with their Lake Highlands church and community. Ruben is a First Degree Knight of the Knights of Columbus Dallas Council. He loves to just spend time with his family and neighborhood friends and try to enjoy life to its fullest.
