Process
Lot Selection / Design
In addition to the projects we have under construction, Douglas Signature Homes has the ability to assist our clients in locating lots/houses in competitive neighborhoods.
Once the perfect property has been selected and secured, design meetings with the architects will follow where design and pricing will be finalized through a series of face-to-face meetings.
Construction
Once the design and construction budget have been finalized, construction will commence. This is the phase where the foundation is poured, the framing is started, HVAC-electrical-plumbing, roof and windows are installed and interior construction takes place.
Finish Out / Completion
During the construction process our clients are introduced to our design team who will walk you through finish out options and selections. Sarah Graham, our experienced interior designer, will guide you through all finish out selections, while keeping your budget in mind. Once the finish out and construction is complete there will be a client walk through to address any punch list items and then your new home is complete.
