Jonathan serves as a trusted advisor to executives, professionals and entrepreneurs. His clients find him to be a straightforward, consultative planner with an ability to bring balance between the analytical and emotional aspects of their finances. Jonathan joined Carter Financial Management in 2006 and serves on CFM’s Management Team. Prior to joining CFM, he worked at Southwest Securities as a financial advisor and assistant branch manager of their Private Client Group office in Preston Center. Jonathan served as President & Chairman of the DFW Financial Planning Association following several years on the board in various capacities. He also served on the Dallas Estate Planning Council’s Board of Governors, the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Policy Committee and the Dallas Regional Chamber Small Business Advisory Council. In the community, Jonathan served on the board of the Low Birth Weight Development Center and he supports North Texas Food Bank, Wounded Warrior Project, the American Red Cross among various other interests.
