The Women’s Wellness Institute of Dallas, led by Dr. Wesley Brady is proud to have introduced Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation®, also known as vaginoplasty or vaginal tightening, to the women of Dallas. Vaginal rejuvenation is the hallmark procedure in the established field of cosmetogynecology. This procedure corrects vaginal relaxation experienced by millions of women due to childbirth or aging, resulting in increased sexual gratification for the patient and her partner. Stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse may be addressed concurrently.

Dr. Brady also specializes in labiaplasty to sculpt the external vaginal structures by reducing and reshaping long or uneven labia. Childbirth, the aging process, and the effects of gravity may all erode the beauty of the female genitalia including the labia minora, labia majora, and perineum. Clitoral hood reduction can be incorporated into your labiaplasty.

Education and empowerment are two goals at the Woman's Wellness Institute of Dallas, a boutique gynecologic practice located in the heart of north Dallas across the street from Northpark Mall. Your cosmetic vaginal surgery is performed by an all-female surgical staff in an on-site surgical suite accredited by the AAAASF to the highest standards in the field. The all-female physician and nursing staff have thousands of hours of experience performing cosmetic vaginal surgery. They provide comfort, peace of mind, and superior medical service in a private, upscale environment.

The high rate of patient satisfaction is the result of the combination of a private surgery center, the exceptional surgical staff, and Dr. Brady’s attention to every detail.  Women come from all over Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, the continental U.S., and beyond to experience the respectful care and expertise delivered by Dr. Brady and her staff.

Dr. Wesley Anne Brady is also proud to be the first provider in North Texas to offer MonaLisa Touch as a treatment option for women experiencing vaginal atrophy. This is an in-office procedure that is virtually painless and requires no anesthesia. The MonaLisa Touch Laser received FDA clearance in 2014 as the first non-hormonal treatment option for vaginal atrophy, which can cause symptoms such as vaginal dryness, pain, itching, painful urination and painful intercourse. The MonaLisa Touch delivers CO2 laser energy to the vaginal wall to promote vaginal mucosal revitalization and return vaginal health, Patients undergo 3 treatments spaced six weeks apart, and each treatment is less than 5 minutes.

Dr. Brady is a board-certified gynecologic surgeon and full fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She earned her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and completed her residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in downtown Dallas.
