Sean Haslam, MD, FRCSC, FAAOS is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and joint replacement. His particular interests include knee injuries, arthritis, ACL injuries and rotator cuff tears. Dr. Haslam received his medical degree from the University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta and completed his orthopedic residency at Queens University, Kingston, Ontario. He serves as team physician for Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas.
Dr. Haslam serves as Department Chair for Orthopedics and Neurosurgery at Centennial Medical Center in Frisco, Texas. Dr. Haslam is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, and the Texas Orthopaedic Association. He is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. Outside of work, Dr. Haslam enjoys spending time with his wife and six children. He enjoys football, soccer and mastering his pit barbecue skills.
