Conservative non-surgical care is always our first choice. Only after physical therapy, activity modification, anti-inflammatory agents, and pain medications or injections have failed, is surgery considered. Physical therapy to build a strong back is one of the most valuable tools in rehabilitation and recovery.
Dr. Farley genuinely listens to your concerns and discusses options in terms you can understand. Then together you decide the most effective course of treatment. Close partnership with your primary care physician and other non-surgical specialists assures continuity and coordination of care.
