Rebecca A. Chilvers, MD, is board certified in both obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Dr. Chilvers’ area of expertise includes in vitro fertilization, preimplantation genetic diagnosis, fertility preservation, tubal reversal, and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). She received her undergraduate degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX. Dr. Chilvers received her medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, LA. She completed her residency and sub-specialty training at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where she also earned a Master of Medical Science degree.
Dr. Chilvers is one of the few female reproductive endocrinologists in North Texas who has received specialized training on the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System. This minimally-invasive surgical system allows Dr. Chilvers to perform complex procedures, such as tubal reversals.
Dr. Chilvers has published several scientific articles in many peer-reviewed journals, including Fertility and Sterility, Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics (JARG), Reproductive Biomedicine, and Seminars in Reproductive Medicine. She also has reviewed papers for the journals JARG and DNA and Cell Biology.
Dr. Chilvers is a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Society of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Texas Medical Association, and Pacific Coast Reproductive Society.
Dr. Chilvers has recently been recognized as a Mom-Approved Doctor by Dallas Child magazine and a Top Doctor by Castle Connolly. She has been voted a Best Doctor in D Magazine, as well as listed as a top doctor in several publications including Texas Monthly.

Fertility care may involve weekend procedures or office visits, therefore, we schedule care six days a week, and a physician can be reached 24 hours/day.
