Dr. M. Lewis Frazier, Jr. opened TARPON so that patients could receive the care they need at one convenient location. A cohesive medical team guides patients through the process of obtaining a clear diagnosis and definitive treatment plan.
Dr. Frazier completed his undergraduate studies in at Texas A&M, obtained his M.D. from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio, and completed his specialty training at the Stanford University Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program where he was elected chief resident. He has instructed physicians from around the world on precision spinal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
He is board certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Electro-Diagnostic Medicine.
Faculty instructional staff for ten years instructing doctors, domestic and international, on disk access and treatment using ORATEC Spine Catheter system and equipment to perform Intradiscal Electrothermal Annuloplasty for discogenic pain.
