Luke Spencer-Gardner, MD is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip pathology, hip disorders and sports medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical School, Kansas City, KS. Pursuant to his medical degree, Dr. Spencer-Gardner completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Mayo Clinic, Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Rochester, MN as well as a two fellowships in Hip and Knee, Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty, Melbourne Orthopaedic Group and Hip Arthroscopy and Anterior Total Hip Arthroplasty, Hip Arthroscopy Australia, Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Spencer- Gardner has particular surgical interest in the treatment of hip pathology affecting the young adult hip utilizing hip arthroscopy and open hip preservation including periacetabular osteotomies, and the treatment of arthritis with hip arthroplasty.
