Dr. Jonathan Pajouh, DPM, is a Reconstructive Foot & Ankle Surgeon practicing in Dallas, Texas, and surrounding areas. Dr. Pajouh is a DFW native and his hometown is Plano, Texas. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of North Texas. His main goal while in medical school at Kent State University was to come back to Texas and provide the best care possible for his community.

His passions are in Sports Medicine, Traumatic Foot and Ankle Reconstruction, Flat Foot Reconstruction, Elective Forefoot and Rear Foot Reconstruction, ArthroscopyTotal Ankle ReplacementCharcot Reconstructions, and Diabetic Limb Salvage.

Dr. Pajouh completed his residency at Hunt Regional Medical Center, in which he was Chief Resident. He received extensive training from the top reconstructive foot and ankle surgeons at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Parkland, Medical City Plano, Medical City Frisco, Medical City Dallas, Hunt Regional Medical Center, Methodist McKinney, and surrounding surgery centers, including North Central Surgery Center, Baylor Rockwall Surgery Center, Baylor Garland Surgery Center, Eminent Medical Center, Methodist Craig Ranch, and Texas Health Craig Ranch Surgery Center. During his residency, Dr. Pajouh completed a Mini Plastic Surgery and Diabetic Limb Salvage Fellowship at Parkland and UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Dr. Pajouh has multiple publications and enjoys continuing to learn about new treatment options and technology involving the foot and ankle. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, running, working out, and spending time with his family and three dogs.
