Dr. Jill Feetham is a board-certified dermatologist who decided to pursue a career in dermatology after losing her aunt to Metastatic Melanoma in 2004. She was raised in Texas, graduating Valedictorian of The Colony High School in The Colony, TX, and summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. She was among the few elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society during medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
Dr. Feetham completed her dermatology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where she served as clinical coordinator of the Cosmetic Clinic. While at UT Southwestern, she received the Award for Excellence in Dermatology and was a Texas Dermatological Society Resident Representative.
Dr. Feetham has published several articles in the Journal of American Academy of Dermatology and Dermatological Surgery highlighting her research in vitiligo, acne patient compliance, and cosmeceutical education. Her speaking engagements have included presentations at the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatological Society, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Feetham also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at her alma mater, UT Southwestern, where she trains residents in Cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Feetham prides herself on providing exceptional patient care with an emphasis on skin cancer education, as well as evidenced-based cosmeceutical recommendations, to instill her patients with confidence and beauty. She is a member of Gateway Church in Southlake, TX and during her free time enjoys traveling with her husband, Tyler, and their son, Jackson.
