Board-certified plastic surgeon Bruce Byrne, M.D., completed additional fellowship training in hand surgery. He is the former chief of surgery at Lake Pointe Medical Center, where he was named physician of the quarter, and former vice chief of surgery at Presbyterian Hospital of Rockwall. He has presented at national meetings and is the author of several national journal articles. Dr. Byrne has instructed and performed surgeries on medical mission trips to Ecuador and Bolivia.
