Betsy A. George, M.D., F.A.C.P. is board certified in Internal Medicine and fellowship trained in cardiology. She has co-published multiple cardiology related articles in peer reviewed medical journals and was chosen to present a poster at the American Heart Association Scientific Sessions 2013. She is currently serving as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine for the Texas A&M University Health Science Center College of Medicine.
Dr. George’s professional interests include general cardiology, cardiovascular disease prevention, Women’s heart health, and non-invasive cardiac imaging. She is on the medical staff at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, Baylor Heart and Vascular Hospital, and Baylor Medical Center at Waxahachie.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Her hobbies include singing and playing the piano.
