Specialty produce supplier Tom “Spiceman” Spicer’s fresh goods, once only available to chefs such as Sharon Hage and Dean Fearing, are now available to the rest of us via his new market, F.M. 1410. In May and June, Spicer’s stash includes wild aparagus from France, Oklahoma and Louisiana chanterelles, porcinis, morels, local lettuces, heirloom tomatoes, and Texas olive oil.
