We like to think of this program as a ladylike workout. Which is to say that it hits all the spots ladies love to tone: thighs, rear ends, arms, and bellies. Yes, you’ll use a barre, but no need to be a ballerina. You’ll also do floor work, use hand weights, and hit some yoga postures for serious sculpting. If you’re not quite motivated to hit the studio and feel the burn, its new juice bar might do the trick.
