Tiffanee and Richard Ellman (Oak, Pakpao) are joining forces with Joseph Palladino (Nick & Sam's, Coal Vines) to redo the space formerly occupied by BoConcept, a luxury furniture store that moved to the Knox area last year, and reopen it as the neighborhood's first late-night lounge.
