Part of a new restaurant/bar venture from the guys behind The Cedars Social, this cocktail lounge does not, in fact, have a cocktail menu. The bar, manned by Omar Yeefoon, produces all drinks to order, based on your personal preferences. Every drink is satisfying—balanced, elegant, and really, really good. The lounge is currently reservations-only (48 people max are allowed in the bar at any given time, and a doorman will control traffic), so if you want to get your hands on a customized beverage, be sure to schedule in advance.
