One Arts Plaza

Profile

One Arts Plaza, a mixed-use development in the Arts District, boasts high-end restaurants, luxury condos, and striking design. In contrast, it is also home to 7-Eleven’s headquarters, which is good news for Slurpee fans. Not craving a Big Gulp? You’ve got plenty of other choices to satisfy your thirst (and hunger). From soba noodles to southern food, One Arts Plaza has it. Located on Routh Street off the east end of Flora, it’s within walking distance of nearly everything in the Arts District, including the Meyerson Symphony Center, the Winspear Opera House, the Wyly Theater, the Nasher Sculpture Center, and the Dallas Museum of Art.

Other than food and drink, visitors to One Arts Plaza can visit the Renee Rouleau Spa, known for its luxurious facials, corrective skin peels, and permanent makeup application. Wednesday through Saturday nights, enjoy music in the plaza from a perch on one of the restaurant patios, which are also hot spots during the day when the sun is shining. Next up: plans to build Two and Three Arts Plaza, which will bring more outdoor parks, fountains, and cafes to the already burgeoning Arts District.
