The Eisemann Center for Performing Arts opened in Richardson in September 2002 in the city’s business and technology area, near the Galatyn Park Conference Center (and Galatyn Park DART station) and Renaissance Dallas Hotel. Among its amenities are a 1,608-seat performance hall, 368-seat theater, 3,150-square-foot meeting and banquet hall, and public plaza with urban landscaping and water fountain. Seven Muses, a light painting by Stephen Knapp, was installed in the Leftwich Grand Foyer in 2006.
