Theatre Three has been around since 1961, but the offshoot company located in the basement below it, known as Theatre Too, has a significantly shorter history. Theatre Too’s venue, renovated in 2000, now seats 80 guests for intimate showings of original works, chamber musicals, and more. Featuring a season of six productions, the company has touched on works by playwrights such as Alan Ayckbourn and Richard Alfieri. Productions usually run for three or four weeks, with show times on Thursday and Friday nights, followed by matinee and evening performances on Saturday and Sunday. Theatre Too is also the home of Dallas’ longest running show, I love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change.
