This is Indian food the way Indian food was meant to taste. Try the lamb vindaloo and chicken korma—served on a thali (with all of the little sides and garnishes), of course. Also good, tandoori shrimp and lamb. On weekends, the buffet selection goes on forever. The kitchen also does south Indian dishes, including dosas.
