Although the food here is inspired by the borderlands between Texas and Mexico, it’s certainly not Tex-Mex. Tacos, bistec en salsa verde, and enchiladas are all reliable bets, and there’s a full bar. Not to be confused with the totally separate Los Molcajetes chain in Tarrant County.
