Stephanie Slocum, MD is a board-certified OBGYN at Health Central Women’s Care in Dallas. Dr. Slocum's primary goal is to serve the women of North Dallas and surrounding areas with compassion and provide the best care possible. Dr. Slocum earned her bachelor of science degree from Furman University in Greenville, SC. She returned to her hometown of New Orleans to complete her medical doctorate at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. Dr. Slocum then moved to Dallas and completed her residency at Baylor University Medical Center where she received numerous awards for patient care and resident teaching. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Texas Medical Association.
In her spare time, Dr. Slocum enjoys spending time with her husband Paul, their children and their Aussiedoodle, Eleonore. They enjoy traveling, trying new cuisines, attending festivals, and cooking.
