Vishal C. Patel, M.D.

Dr. Patel completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric spine surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan under the direction of Drs. Harry Herkowitz and Jeffrey Fischgrund. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the New York Medical Association.

Dr. Patel received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (2002) at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude. He then proceeded to earn a medical degree from the University of Toledo (2007). He completed an internship in General Surgery at New York Medical College, where he also completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery. Following his residency, Dr. Patel completed a fellowship in adult and pediatric spine surgery at William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan under the direction of Drs. Harry Herkowitz and Jeffrey Fischgrund. Dr. Patel is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the North American Spine Society, and the New York Medical Association.
