This place has seen many an Uptown bar come and go - Zodiac Lounge, Enigma, Central Park - but we're told Manhattan Bar is here to stay. At least for awhile, anyway. The dance floor is never empty, and the DJ makes sure of it. If you're more the people-watching type, here's the place to do it. Ample (and comfortable) seating on the patio lends the prime locale to do so. Upstairs is the perfect place to book bottle service - sit back in one of seven lounges that wrap around the bar. The people watching is effortless, but even the weird art fixtures, from animal heads to ancient-looking statues, also make for good entertainment.
