We all cried when Il Sole closed, in large part because we thought we had to say goodbye to the abundant cheese plate we used to enjoy on the patio. Thankfully, the folks at Ari's Wine Bistro have an even better version, with varieties from all over the globe, including Brie, manchego, Maytag blue, and Dallas mozzarella. Plus it's served with olives, capers, fruit compote, and plenty of crostini.
