Well, hot diggity dog, Pumps is pumping, with a satellite store inside Sussie’s in Frisco and center-stage digs on the main square in downtown McKinney. A vintage gas station pump and old metal and glass cabinets give off an industrial vibe, but don’t let that fool you. You’re not going to find grease-monkey work boots here. We’re always pleasantly surprised by the fashion-forward labels carried by owner A’Lisa Adams. She has an eye for fresh designs, such as funky and colorful Farylrobin and chunky and very European Corso Como and Chie Mihara. We also look to Pumps for affordable looks by Sam Edelman, DV by Dolce Vita, and Seychelles.
