Kira Plastinina’s 2013 store opening at the Plaza at Preston Center in 2013 brought out the city’s style stars, wassaw one of Dallas’ most style star-studded evenings with glossy magazine editors, worshipped fashion bloggers, and, naturally, Dallas’ elite shoppers all in attendance. The 22-year-old Russian designer stocks her shelves with her feminine tea-length skirts and dresses and a lineup of separates in a standout seasonal print. Her gowns make for event showstoppers, too.
