This is an extension of Elements, its sister location next door. There’s a pass-through to go from one shop to the other, and that’s a good thing, because Elle contains more casual clothing that easily compliments the dressier items next door. There’s a mix of pieces here that speak to a young personality, whether by age or attitude, and most notably the price tags are geared toward someone who’s either living off an allowance or should be. Super-soft, above-the-knee dresses by Rachel Palley—a Dallas summer day’s best friend—cotton tees from Velvet and Splendid, and rock-and-roll tops by LaRok instantly knock a few years off your age.
