Shinsei owners Lynae Fearing and Tracy Rathbun have created a place for foodies to call home. Everything here is for sale. Rathbun reports that the furniture, the stone, the cabinetry, and the artwork are all up for grabs. And while it's an epicurean market, you can also pick up gift items and flowers—local florist Stems has a boutique in the back. Check out the beautiful array of tabletop, linens, and gadgets. As if all that weren't enough, DUO also offers cooking classes, and the space can even be rented for events.
