Scott Gottlich and his wife, Gina, the talent behind Bijoux, have created a hotel restaurant with a secret French bistro at its core. Entrées include pork chop, New York strip, and roast chicken served with unique sides such as mashed celeriac. At breakfast, over-easy eggs come with crispy pork belly and soft sautéed apples.
