You have to really want to dine at this five-star hotel, because they make you jump through hoops: credit card up front, select your entrée 24 hours in advance, jacket and tie. But Dallas doesn’t have many special-occasion places like this, where you get a thank-you card from the owner, the glassware is crystal, and your knife sits on a rest.
