When it opened in spring 2009, Bella was poised to be the belle of the Uptown ball. Created by Nick & Sam’s alums Tony Porcaro and Robert “Peach” Petrie, the hot spot was packed with the see-and-be-seen crowd. Original chef Christopher Short came and went, and Bella is currently undergoing a revamp. We’ll let you know how it turns out.
