Cristiana Ginatta grew up in northern Italy where her grandfather taught her how to master six flavors: chocolate, hazelnut, lemon and strawberry sorbets, coffee, and fiordilatte (a vanilla-based flavor). Now with 44 stores nationwide and over 330 flavors under her belt, Ginatta keeps customers coming back by creating the creamiest gelato around town.
